Anyone with PCOS take birth control pills to improve fertility?

I have PCOS and have heard that birth control pills may enhance your fertility for the first few months after stopping them. Has anyone else with PCOS heard this or experienced this firsthand? Also, I've read that conceving right after stopping the pill may increase your chances for miscarriage? Is this true?
