Are predicted grades forwarded to universities?

they will look at his real grades, and his actual results more than his predicted grade, as what he has achieved is what they are more interested in. If a student has exactly the same grades as him and does exactly the same extra curricular activites, then they may look at predicted grades, but this is very very unlikely, as they care more about what he has achieved then what people thought he would achieve. I got predicted a E at german, and right now that has been moved up to a C, and Im not even that good at german, so with time he can do anything if he really puts work into it, and if he is gifted at english Im sure he'll do amazing.
