Both Republican POTUS: Regan & Bush Jr economics plans failed the conservative mantra; why repeat it now?

They think that spewing hatred of Blacks, Hispanics, Gays and Liberals means that they are Conservative. But these people do not understand the first thing about Economics and being Fiscally Conservative. The debt doubled under both Reagan and Dubya, and both of their policies have directly led to a Recession. The Stock Market even crashed under Reagan's Second Term.
