Thinking about transffering to fort carson or germany,ARMY? suggestions!!!!! plz?

so if i relocate to one of these bases its in 2011. what do u reccommend? which did u like better? in germany do they deploy a lot? im currently deployed. amm just tell me any details from any of these two bases and what can i expect from these areas. I willl b moving w/ my family and i am a 15r
