Emergence I need to toilet train my dog!!! ?

I have a 9month Yorkshire terrier and i need her to be toilet train we have tried to walk her so she gets use to her times to do her business but it became a hle to bring her out all the time so now we want to toilet train her in the house. So we have a tray and she goes to pee there every now and then but she suddenly stopped WHAt IM I GONNA DO !!??
