How do I get back in touch with my first love?

I met this guy about 7/8 years ago in Somerset called JJ Moreton (never found out what 'JJ' stood for) and I really really Ioved him. He was my first love and has never left my heart since the day we met. I really want to regain contact with him and catch up but don't know how. Anyone know him or any ideas how to find out where he is now?
