Pls help me with my dream...?

Ok so last night I had this dream. I was walking and there were these buildings that made likes a sideways L ( think of a square and have half of that with the L shape). They were tall and I could see the insides. At first I thought they were messy and and stuff and then I saw clothes and shopping stuff. Then I looked straight back down and straight and there was a pool ( I was on ground level and the pool was on ground level) and like I saw bags, like duffel bags and all that actually on the pool or just thrown there. Then I was between dream and reality and kept crying in my dream because I kept thinking about my mom and how much I love her ( me and my mom are VERY close) and then I woke up and felt weird, sad, and meeeeh. After I woke up, I remembered having 2 tests today. What does this dream mean and was it due to my thoughts school?
