Question about being stationed at Fort Belvoir or Meade after Commissioning?

I'm in ROTC and commissioning in May. I'm branching Military Intelligence and go to BOLCB in October. I put down Fort Belvoir and Meade as my top two choices for Duty Station. What is the probability that I would actually go to either of these bases? Are 2nd LTs even really needed at either of them? I chose them because they seemed good choices for MI but it seems to me that most of the agencies on these bases would be more inclined to need higher ranked officers. Any thoughts?
