What's your favorite underground venue?

Paia Fish Market for fried mahi-mahi fish & chips....and Flatbreads in the same town, Paia with it's organic pizza of all organic ingredients like goat cheese and Hamakua mushrooms grown on the Big Island, but neither is complete without a cold bottle of seasonal Kona Brewery's Pipeline Porter brewed and flavored with Kona coffee...and a local band jammin' the weekend...
