Blocked left fallopian tube?

I had a hsg last week after 16 months of trying for a baby and was told i had a possible blockage in my left tube, i was told it could have just been a spasm when the dye was going in and to wait for the results but i done the worst thing and looked on the internet which mentions surgery or ivf and now i am so scared i will never be able to conceive, has anyone had a blocked tube and still conceived naturally or are my chances close to 0?
