well saying that your short you can get really big and bulky but theres reall to words "bench press" thats all you have to do and try tro do a few more pounds each week and push it to the limit the bench press works everythang in your body, oh and up right rows, are very good and remeber to do flys on the night you dont bench press to work out your chest only bench press 3 times a week and give your body a rest on the weekands, i hope i was help dude.
