How do i tell my mom i have schizoid personality disorder?

ok, so, first thing you're gonna say is you don't know you have schizoid but i DO know, look at this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schizoid_personality_disorder that profile made by Dr. Akhtar fits so incredibly well its been horrific, nobody can tell, nobody knows, but me. I looked at this article again today, saw that there's medicine for children that can help and even has generic versions, and i am so sick of dealing with this i want to fix this right now. So here's my full question: one, what is the process for doing something about this, in other words is there more to it than seeing a psychologist getting officially diagnosed and getting medicine? and 2: the big one. How do i tell my mom? my dad is divorced from her, and im not tellin him, i have my brother and sister that i suppose i could say it to them, and they could tell mom, but i'm so scared (its sorta a schizoid thing about dependency) to go out on a limb like this but I WANT THIS TO BE OVER WITH!!!!!!
