When will NBC/CNBC fire Rachel Maddow and replace her with a FOX NEWS female political commentator?

The liberals LOVE Maddow. I watched her show 2 times along with a couple of other shows on MSNBC and found them all horrid. I watched because a liberal friend suggested I watch. He said Maddow simply tells it like it is and is very fair and not biased. He was completely WRONG! I then asked this liberal friend to watch Fox news which he turned down my request completely saying he has watched them in the past and can do so no longer. This is what we call an open minded person? He is still my friend because he is a good person, just completely confused. We don't talk politics at all because of this. Folks that say Fox news is fake or false news, I guess have not watched Fox. Always remember who has the highest ratings, and it is NOT msnbc.
