Why Turkey supply the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia with weapons for free?

I don't have any such information that Turkey supplies weapons for Macedonia. What is the source of this information? Turkish governments try to establish good relations with Macedonia and colaborate with Macedonian governments to preserve the Turkish cultural and architectural heritage remained in this country from the Ottoman era. In Macedonia there's a small Turkish minority as well.
